I am a Certified Mortgage Planner, and I am the owner of First Fidelity Financial Services™. I love my career! Since 1995, I have worked diligently to build one of the best mortgage planning firms in the Salt Lake Valley. Today, First Fidelity Financial Services™ is a steadily growing company with the vibrant, positive professionals who oversee every transactional detail of the mortgage process – from the initial consultation all the way through to the closing “celebration”. I work hard each day to provide true value to my clientele and those whom I have the privilege to meet and visit with. I find great satisfaction in helping individuals and couples better their financial position and their lives by providing them with professional consulting services and with the innovative tools available to them through effective mortgage planning.I was born in Utah and raised here for three quarters of my life. The other time I lived in South Carolina, Southern California, and Puerto Rico. I moved back to Utah in 1994 to attend school. I then married, began my career, and planted roots here in Utah. As such, I believe I will probably live here for the rest of my life! The most important people in my life are my wonderful wife Dawn, and my four terrific children; Tyler, Ashlyn, Katherine, and Brandon. I enjoy making memories and spending time with them whenever possible.

Because my father passed away unexpectedly of a heart attack at the age of 52, and because heart disease runs in my family, I am striving to do all that I can to live a long, healthy life. I am a huge advocate of preventative health care, and as such I exercise daily and try to maintain healthy eating habits. I work hard on keeping my stress load to a manageable level, and I strive to maintain a healthy balance in the various areas of my life, better known as “the great juggling act”. While I exercise each morning, I love to listen to audio books on my iPod. I am particularly fond of business literature as well as inspiring self-development books. On and off for the past eleven years, I have also volunteered as a boy scout leader, helping young men learn principles of leadership, commitment, integrity, self–discipline, hard work, citizenship, and self-reliance. I find joy in my service as a volunteer, and it is rewarding to see the positive effects which occur in the lives of teenage boys as they begin to face increasingly difficult choices in their lives.
