Much of my business is conducted by phone. Because of this, I handle a very
heavy volume of calls each day and have found it necessary to implement a system that enables me to keep in touch with you regularly and also for you to contact me if you have any questions. I am pleased with the phone procedures I have set up as they allow me to offer world-class service and courtesy to you and each of the clients I assist on a daily basis.
Here are some basic points to remember:
- It is very important to me that you are involved and informed about the progress of your loan. To make sure we have a way to keep in touch, I will be updating you weekly on the status of your loan, and more often if necessary to ensure that things run smoothly throughout your loan process.
- If you need to phone me before our regular update, you may be directed to my voicemail. If this is the case, you will be able to listen to the callback times I have posted on my voicemail for the day. Please leave me a detailed message, making sure to leave a number where you can be reached at either of the callback times listed.
- Please note: This system gives me the ability to place intense focus on handling our file and making sure things are running smoothly behind the scenes. I have found that I am better able to assist you and each of my clients by scheduling specific callback times each day. During these callback times, I am able to redirect my full attention to assisting you personally and answering your questions.
- Many have found that the easiest way to get a hold of me is via email. If you have email access, please feel free to email me any time at the address listed on my business card inside the front cover of this handbook. If am not in an appointment, I am typically able to respond more quickly by email than by phone.
